Every great movement begins with a moment of clarity. For Everlynice, that moment happened twenty (20) years ago in an unexpected setting: an insurance school in Gambia. It was there that our founder encountered a gentleman who would change his perspective on life forever.
This man, a lecturer at the school the founder was attending, was nearly sixty years old, yet he moved with the vigor and appearance of someone half his age. When asked the secret to his vitality, his answer was simple but profound: Stewardship. He believed his body was a gift, and it was his responsibility to keep it well for as long as he was permitted to inhabit it. He lived by a mantra of holistic consciousness, choosing only what was "profitable" for his health.
This philosophy resonated deeply. Our founder, already a devotee of fitness, began to see health not just as a routine but as a "divine" responsibility. He noticed that as he poured into his own wellness, his capacity to do "amazing stuff", things his peers struggled with expanded exponentially. He felt younger, stronger and more alive.
But looking around, he saw the opposite: the heavy toll of preventable illness and the suffering of those who lacked a proactive path. He realized that this "nice" and beautiful feeling of being truly healthy shouldn't be a private secret, it should be shared.
